Bio: Prior to joining the board, Molly was a full-time professor and program coordinator for the Recreation Management in Gerontology Program at George Brown College. As a Certified Simulationist with SIM-one Ontario, she led simulated learning in GBC’s Long-Term Care practice labs, an accredited Simulation Centre in Healthcare. Before joining the College, Molly managed the startup of Falls Prevention Programs, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Massage Therapy services in over 100 Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes across Ontario as an Implementation Specialist at Active Health Management. She also co-developed an interprofessional restorative program for residents of Long-Term Care homes and led the training program in over 50 homes.

Name: Anne Marie Shin

Bio: Anne Marie Shin is a seasoned healthcare leader who has held progressive leadership and transformative positions throughout her 40-year nursing career. Her experience has spanned many health care sectors including public health, long term care, education and regulation. She is passionate about quality improvement and patient safety. Anne Marie was the Director of Professional Practice at the College of Nursing of Ontario. She provided leadership in key transformative strategic projects that included increasing efficiency in the registration process, changes to the quality assurance program, developing a standardized process for assessing nursing programs and changes to standard of practice for all nurses. Prior to this she was the Executive Director of Nursing, Quality and Safety at Baycrest. She led many projects that enhanced clinical outcomes and family experience as well as clinician support.

Bio: Anne is currently a full-time employee at TD Bank, serving as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) responsible for leading Data & Analytics for the Enterprise Real Estate and Strategic Sourcing Group. Prior to her current role in Data & Analytics, Anne progressively held leadership positions within the bank in Technology Delivery, Strategy and Planning, Process Automation, Finance Transformation, Governance, and Internal Audit. Before joining TD, Anne worked in the strategy and planning operations teams at Deloitte and Intact Insurance (formerly Grey Power).

Interests: Anne is a data enthusiast who enjoys leveraging data to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement. While at TU/e, Anne and her peers developed a generic framework for implementing an observation runtime framework, which enables the proactive use of runtime data to improve prototype products. Anne is passionate about helping vulnerable populations, and she currently volunteers as a lay pastoral minister at her local Catholic church, St. John of the Cross.
Name: Tania Leil O’Brien

Bio: Tania is an innovative marketing and communications executive with over 25 years of experience leading marketing, communications, strategy development, and change management for multinational organizations. Her work has led to many successful roles where she has been able to help companies define their brand purpose in market. In her most recent role as Chief Marketing Officer at Environics Analytics, Tania worked with leading-edge tools and strategies connecting data to marketing outcomes. As Chief Marketing Officer at Ausenco, Tania redefined the Ausenco Corporate Purpose including a complete brand redesign, winning international awards and recognition. In her role as Managing Director of Global Tax Marketing & Communications at KPMG International, Tania oversaw marketing and communications for the Tax line of business across 154 countries.

Interests: When Tania is not spending time with her family in Toronto and London, UK, you will likely find her either on a pickleball court or with her head in a book or a pen in her hand, writing her first novel. She is actively engaged in seniors’ health and well-being in Ontario, navigating the system on a personal level as she cares for her aging mother.

Bio: Susan Perrier obtained her professional accounting designation in 1998. Although she has worked in a variety of corporations, her passion was the charitable sector where she has spent the last 19 years as a Finance Director. Charities included international development, healthcare agencies and long term care. Susan now works with small businesses providing accounting services.
