We strive to provide the highest quality of care and highest quality of life for our seniors. Our success is built on respect for the rights of our residents and our cultural heritage, embracing spirituality, professional excellence, accountability, and partnerships with families, volunteers and the broader community.
With the government of Ontario, our funder for care, programs, services and contributors to accommodation cost, Ina Grafton Gage Home will continue to provide quality of care by stretching and securing every dollar possible from the Ministry of Health and Long- Term Care. But the government faces its own challenges as the demands for healthcare increase over the next several decades.
As we look into the future, it is evident that to continue providing our quality long-term care for our seniors, we need to follow the lead of other service institutions such as hospitals and universities, and adopt capital, operational and endowment fundraising as part of our everyday business.
The quality of care, our extraordinary programs and activities and our beautiful home require funding over and above that provided by the government. We embrace the challenge facing Ina Grafton Gage Home and its future and will continue to look to the community, our volunteers, our donors, our staff and senior leadership for their support, guidance and advice.
Thank you for your support!
