Bio: Prior to joining the board, Molly was a full-time professor and program coordinator for the Recreation Management in Gerontology Program at George Brown College. As a Certified Simulationist with SIM-one Ontario, she led simulated learning in GBC’s Long-Term Care practice labs, an accredited Simulation Centre in Healthcare. Before joining the College, Molly managed the startup of Falls Prevention Programs, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Massage Therapy services in over 100 Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes across Ontario as an Implementation Specialist at Active Health Management. She also co-developed an interprofessional restorative program for residents of Long-Term Care homes and led the training program in over 50 homes.

Bio: Tracey Comeau is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and management. As the Principal at Leadership Link LTC, she provides interim operational management services to Long-Term Care (LTC) and Community Service organizations for seniors, drawing on her expertise in LTC, quality and risk management, and accreditation coordination. Tracey ensures efficient resource utilization and compliance with legislation and standards, offering consultation on quality improvement, risk management, and governance. With her background as a surveyor at Accreditation Canada, she drives positive change and enhances service quality in health and social service organizations. Tracey’s leadership spans multi-site, rural, and urban healthcare service delivery settings, having held positions as CEO at Copernicus Lodge, Executive Director at Villa Colombo Homes for the Aged, and Director of Health Services at Central Health NL. Her skills in strategic planning, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives reflect her commitment to enhancing senior care across diverse healthcare environments.

Bio: Anne is currently a full-time employee at TD Bank, serving as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) responsible for leading Data & Analytics for the Enterprise Real Estate and Strategic Sourcing Group. Prior to her current role in Data & Analytics, Anne progressively held leadership positions within the bank in Technology Delivery, Strategy and Planning, Process Automation, Finance Transformation, Governance, and Internal Audit. Before joining TD, Anne worked in the strategy and planning operations teams at Deloitte and Intact Insurance (formerly Grey Power).

Anne is passionate about helping vulnerable populations, and she currently volunteers as a lay pastoral minister at her local Catholic church, St. John of the Cross.

Bio: Tania is an innovative marketing and communications executive with over 25 years of experience leading marketing, communications, strategy development, and change management for multinational organizations. Her work has led to many successful roles where she has been able to help companies define their brand purpose in market. In her most recent role as Chief Marketing Officer at Environics Analytics, Tania worked with leading-edge tools and strategies connecting data to marketing outcomes. As Chief Marketing Officer at Ausenco, Tania redefined the Ausenco Corporate Purpose including a complete brand redesign, winning international awards and recognition. In her role as Managing Director of Global Tax Marketing & Communications at KPMG International, Tania oversaw marketing and communications for the Tax line of business across 154 countries.

Name: Alexis Lamsen

Bio: Alexis is currently the Manager of Clinical Practice for eight Municipal Long-Term Care Homes (LTCHs) in the Niagara Region, which is operated by the Regional Municipality of Niagara and includes over 1,000 LTCH beds. In this role, Alexis supervises Nurse Practitioners and co-manages the Nurse Practitioner-Led Outreach Team in partnership with Niagara Health. He also serves as a newly elected member of the Council for the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), where he helps establish the goals, objectives, and policies of the College in line with governing legislation. As a member of the Registration Committee, Alexis evaluates applicants’ qualifications to practice nursing in Ontario. Additionally, Alexis is a Professor at Conestoga College and previously served as Clinical Course Director at York University’s School of Nursing. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Casual Manager of Clinical Operations at both Brantford General Hospital and Baycrest Hospital.

- Alexis completed his nursing education in the Philippines.
- After moving to Canada, Alexis earned his Post-RN Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York University.
- He also completed his Master of Science in Nursing at York University
- In 2025, Alexis will begin his Doctor of Nursing program.
Community Involvement:
- Alexis is an active member and mentor at the Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses (Care4Nurses), where he provides professional practice education to Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs).
- In 2023 and 2024, as part of his portfolio, Alexis presented at three sessions during the AdvantageON conference: Supervised Practice Experience – Lessons from Niagara Region, Medication Safety Technology, and Compliance Ready.
- Alexis is also a member of the RNAO Clinical Pathway Working Group, responsible for reviewing and developing clinical pathways.
- He is part of Wound Care Niagara, a group of wound care practitioners in the HNHB area, which provides annual education on wound care.
Interests: Alexis is deeply interested in quality and risk management, and in his role in the Niagara Region, he leads the corporate compliance committee. During his graduate studies, Alexis focused on the barriers and enablers of integrating Internationally Educated Nurses into the healthcare system.

Bio: Maura is a retired professor and former faculty member of the Recreation Management in Gerontology program at George Brown College, with over 30 years of teaching experience and academic leadership in the field of gerontology. She served as the Program Coordinator for the Continuing Education branch of this program for five years, where she was responsible for curriculum design and revision, evaluating program and learning objectives, and providing professional academic guidance to faculty. Prior to joining George Brown College, Maura established the Therapeutic Recreation Department at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), where she developed and implemented therapeutic recreation services, treatment, and resources hospital wide.

Bio: Forcheh is the Founder and Director of First Principles Consulting (FP Consult Inc.), a Canadian firm focused on providing consulting services, research methods, scientific writing support, and training in statistical software for development partners, government departments, researchers, and businesses. While serving as an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Western Ontario, Forcheh developed the Biostatistics curriculum and piloted six modules for Master’s and PhD students. Currently, Forcheh is a Senior Biostatistician on a multi-year research project at Queen’s University, examining pathways and predictors of adverse birth outcomes among pregnant women in Pakistan and Kenya. In this role, Forcheh mentors junior staff, develops statistical methods, and contributes to scientific writing, resulting in nine high-impact publications on maternal health. Previously, Forcheh was the head of the Statistics department and an Associate Professor at the University of Botswana, where he taught over 2,000 students and launched Master’s and PhD programs. He is a renowned statistical consultant with over 40 high-impact publications across Africa and the Caribbean.

Kalsang is passionate about building a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
